OSPT Santa Rosa Financial Policy

OSPT is an in network preferred provider for most PPO (private) insurance plans and Medicare. In addition, we accept workers comp and personal injury claims. We are preferred providers for nearly all PPO, POS and EPO insurances in California. Also, as a service to our patients, we verify benefits with your individual policy so that each patient is informed of coverage details before treatment.
